Role of Fundsmart
Fundsmart is a finance broker, not a lender. We help clients and their advisers understand, structure and present a funding requirement, and with the client's authority we approach funding providers we consider may be appropriate. Each funding provider makes its own credit decision. Any funding is subject to that provider's assessment, approval, terms, conditions, security requirements and documentation. Fundsmart assists with funding required wholly or predominantly for a genuine business, commercial or investment purpose, and does not arrange consumer residential mortgages or personal lending.
Enquiries and information you provide
Submitting an enquiry through this website is not a finance application and does not create a client relationship or any obligation on either party. Please do not send sensitive material such as bank statements, identification documents or account numbers through the enquiry form. Information you provide is handled in accordance with the Fundsmart privacy policy.
